Subject: video copyrights information for documentary
I'm writing from Italy, I'm making a documentary about Italy in WWII.
Regarding The Anzio Beachhead I'd like to use footage from this video you uploaded.
I read terms and conditions about "creative common license" and from what I understand I will not be accountable of Copyright Infringment if I use part of this video in my work, even if it will be sold or aired sometime.
Is that correct?
Am I free to use the video you uploaded here in my documentary?
Thank you very much for your attention!
Subject: Beachhead at Anzio (The Twentieth Century).
Season 6, episode 13.
Original air date: 10 February 1963.
Cast: Walter Cronkite (Host/ Narrator).
The story of the American Beachhead of Anzio in 1943-44.
It was a rehearsal of the Big One; But if the Alliad failed in Anzio; there will be probably no Normandy Beachhead just few days after because the Germain Troops will have the time to regroup in Normandy and they can stall the Allied on the Normandy beaches.
